Issues

  • A comprehensive pledge to fight against gender-based violence.

Objectives

  • To implement gender equality within each department.
  • To reduce the gender pay gap.
  • Lineups should be inclusive and gender-balanced.
  • Curating gender-balanced lineups should include performances by artists from minority groups but not only in opening acts.

Proposals

  • • With equivalent skills: Always select a staff member who will bring the team closer to gender equality.
  • • The collective bargaining agreement must be applied.
  • • Remain vigilant for salary scales regarding the latest recruits: experience vs. equality.
  • • A team member should be appointed as the contact person in case of harassment.
  • • Email signatures should include gender pronouns.
